This policy describes how PARADEYES uses cookies and similar trackers on the paradeyesagency.com website and the dashboard.paradeyesagency.com client dashboard, collectively referred to below as the Services. It complements the Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, measure site traffic or analyse advertising campaign performance.

3.2 Google Analytics 4 (subject to consent)

PARADEYES uses Google Analytics 4 to measure the audience of this site on an aggregated basis. The following cookies are placed once your consent has been obtained via the cookie management banner.

4. Managing your preferences

5. Transfers of data outside the European Union

Some cookies are placed by processors located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. The associated transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, by the EU U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 6. Retention period for consent records

PARADEYES retains proof of consent collected for a period of three years from its collection, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

7. Your rights

For all data collected via cookies, you have the rights provided for by the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the exercise of which is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments to this policy

PARADEYES reserves the right to amend this cookie policy to reflect regulatory, case law or technical developments, or changes to the tools integrated into the Services. Any substantial amendment triggers a reset of preferences and a fresh display of the consent banner.
